然后,打开泵吸水管的放气阀,将吸水管和泵体内灌满水或盐水;开动电机时,应注意电流表的负荷,不能超过正常工作数值。

运转中,应发出较沉稳的声音、无杂音,轴承温度不能超过70℃,电流表或压力表指针应稳定,排水管上压力表读数应与工作过程相对应,密封器和法兰处不应有漏水现象。

停泵时应先切断电机电源再关闭排水阀,待电机停止运转后,关闭吸水阀,然后将运转情况作出纪录。冬季气温较低,应将管和泵体内的水放掉。
