食品冷库关于冷凝器的操作注意事项:

2)经常检查冷却水的供应情况或风机的风量情况,保证水量或风量足够,分配均匀。冷凝器的进出水温差应根据冷凝器种类调整,蒸发式冷凝器通常控制在8~14℃,立式和淋激式为2~3℃,卧式为4~6℃,冷凝温度较出水温度高3~5℃。
